As of January 2020, emergency services will only be available until 9 p.m. each night. We will be directing all emergencies after 8 p.m. to the ER in Round Rock. You can continue to call our afterhours service at 512-793-6191 and they will direct you to the ER in Round Rock. We have made the decision to defer calls after 8 p.m. to better help out our clients with their true emergency needs, and 24-hour care of their pets. The ER has a full staff and state of the art equipment that we can’t provide late at night. In many cases, we end up referring cases to Round Rock and have lost valuable time as well as added expense for the client.

After October, 01, 2023 we will no longer offer any after-hour emergencies. All calls will be referred to the 24-hour emergency clinics in Austin. You can view a list of recommendations below.
